The location is central. The room had good air conditioning and was spacious. I found the coffee shop conveniently located.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom , specifically around the sealant.

Communication was effective and timely, providing clear instructions for check-in. Staff were cute and quick to respond to inquiries before and . They efficiently addressed a minor concern I had regarding room amenities.

The hotel is a short walk from both the train and bus stations making travel easy. Many shops and eateries are very close to the hotel. The hotel is situated right off Belmont Street, offering access to various venues.

The flat screen TV was decent in size and offered sufficient channels. The room featured nice decor and a good shower. The bedsheets were comfortable and the room provided a coffee selection.

the location was definitely good. it was easy to reach shops and restaurants. the room had everything i needed. i found it clean and spacious.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear people in the next room. the communication for storing luggage was slow. i had to leave it in an unlocked cupboard.

mixed experience, noise and cleanliness issues
loud pub uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable.
I found the room noisy, especially from the pub below. It made it difficult to sleep. the bed was also quite uncomfortable. It felt completely worn out. furthermore, the bathroom wasn't clean. I spotted hairs on the towels.

The location was handy for visiting local attractions. The room included space to hang clothes and store items in a few drawers. I appreciated the ample tea and coffee amenities provided in the room.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from the adjacent room.
